Ordering was easy, customer service was knowledgable & friendly. The blinds came in a timely manner (all the way from California) and they were quick and easy to install with a battery operated drill,etc. Price was right also and They are doing their job of keeping the hot, glaring sun from heating up the house. My only complaint is Just wish there were more colors to choose from! I will be ordering again for the bedroom. Thank you.

Love, love this blind. Totally blocks out the sun but pretty as well.

These Premier blackout Single Cell shades are excellent at blocking out daylight. The cells appear to have a silver lining inside each cell to keep out light. However, the directions that come with the shades are not very clear. Be sure to print out the additional directions from the website to help you out. The brackets on each end need to be sturdily attached to the wall because that is where you will be putting the stress of raising and lowering the blinds. Top down/bottom up shades are perfect on a window where you want some daylight at the top, but privacy at the bottom half of the window.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
